You will need: 180g Softened Butter 1/4 cup Castor Sugar 125ml Sweetened Condensed Milk 5 Tbsp Koko Deluxe Powder |
1 1/2 cups Self-raising Flour 250g Chopped Dark or Milk Chocolate 85g Roasted Peanuts |
Method:
Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
Beat together the butter & sugar till pale. Beat in the condensed milk. In a separate mixing bowl sift together the flour & Koko powder. Fold into the butter & sugar mix until smooth. Add the roughly chopped chocolate and peanuts, stir in well. Leave to rest for 15mins in the fridge.
Roll 2tsp of the mixture into balls and place on baking paper lined trays. Press lightly with a fork. Bake for 12-15 mins or until lightly golden. Cool the cookies on the trays and store in an airtight container.
