How to Make Extraordinarily Good Hot Cocoa
Espresso Machine Instructions
Serves two
- In your jug add 250ml of cold milk, then add two rounded tablespoons of Koko Deluxe.

Steam together with the milk to 68 Degrees - this blends the cocoa and thickens it up.
- Garnish with freshly grated chocolate.
If you are a Barista in a cafe please don't pre-mix into a watery paste - it's not nearly as good - Steam it WITH the milk as instructed to achieve full Cocoa Enlightenment.
Stovetop Instructions
Serves two
- Warm 250ml milk with two rounded tablespoons of Koko Deluxe - not too hot!
- Add to a coffee plunger and pump gently, or whisk for a creamy texture.
- Garnish with freshly grated chocolate.
