How to Make Extraordinarily Good Hot Cocoa

Espresso Machine Instructions

Serves two

  1. In your jug add 250ml of cold milk, then add two rounded tablespoons of Koko Deluxe.
  2. Steam together with the milk to 68 Degrees - this blends the cocoa and thickens it up.
  3. Garnish with freshly grated chocolate.

If you are a Barista in a cafe please don't pre-mix into a watery paste - it's not nearly as good - Steam it WITH the milk as instructed to achieve full Cocoa Enlightenment.

Stovetop Instructions

Serves two

  1. Warm 250ml milk with two rounded tablespoons of Koko Deluxe - not too hot!
  2. Add to a coffee plunger and pump gently, or whisk for a creamy texture.
  3. Garnish with freshly grated chocolate.
