You will need: 200g Dark Chocolate 250g Almond Meal 150g Brown Sugar 150g Softened Butter |
6 Eggs 1 tbsp Baking Powder 100g Koko Deluxe Powder 1 tsp Vanilla Essence |
Method:
Pre-heat oven to 175°C.
Finely chop chocolate & set aside. With an electric mixer beat together the sugar, butter & vanilla. Gradually add eggs one by one & finally the chopped chocolate.
Combine the remaining dry ingredients & fold into wet mixture.
Pour into a 22-24 cm tin, lined with baking paper. Bake for approximately 1 hour.
